Welcome to ibnareports.org (“the Site”). The following Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Site and your relationship with “The Institute of Brands Intelligence Analysis,” previously known as “Centre for Media Analysis (CMA),” an independent Media Monitoring, Research, and Poll Agency.

Please read these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy carefully before using the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, kindly refrain from registering for or using the Site.

  1. Use of the Site
    • The Site is provided free of charge (excluding any paid Subscriptions) for your personal use, subject to these Terms and Conditions. Your use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
    • THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DO NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
  2. Amendments
    • We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically without prior notice. Changes will apply to the use of the Site from the date they are posted. Should you not wish to accept the amended Terms and Conditions, please discontinue your use of the Site.
  3. Availability of the Site
    • While we strive to provide you with the best possible service, we do not guarantee that the Site will meet all of your requirements or be entirely free from faults. The Site may be occasionally restricted for repairs, maintenance, or the introduction of new facilities or services. We will endeavor to minimize such restrictions.
  4. Payment
    • As of now, the Site does not accept payments; this may change when subscription services are introduced.
  5. Excluded Services
    • The Site does not include the provision of necessary equipment (such as computers) or Internet connectivity required to access the Site. You are responsible for any telecom costs that you incur.
  6. Intellectual Property Rights
    • We, or our licensors, own all copyright, database rights, and other intellectual properties contained within the Site. You are permitted to use, download, and print material from the Site for personal, non-commercial use only, provided you do not alter any of the content. Reproduction or distribution of content without our prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
  7. Usage Limitations
    • You may not use the Site for any prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:
      • Dissemination of unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material.
      • Conducting any activity that breaches applicable laws or regulations.

  9. Advertising and Sponsorship
    • The Site may contain advertising and sponsorship materials. Advertisers and sponsors are responsible for ensuring their content complies with applicable laws. We are not liable for any inaccuracies or legal issues arising from such materials.

    • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Ghanaian courts, although we reserve the right to bring proceedings elsewhere if necessary.

    • If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is deemed invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, it will not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force.
    • We are not responsible for any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions due to circumstances beyond our control.
